Stacia’s Studio Return Policy:
At Stacia’s Studio, your happiness is our number one concern. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us so we can make it right. Visit our Contact page and send an email regarding your issue so we can review or send you the information needed to return your order.
Returns for printed products for reasons other than Stacia’s Studio error will be subject to a 50% return fee for merchandise returned within 60 days of the order.
Exchanges available within 60 days of the order.
Shipping charges on the original order will be refunded if the entire order is returned, or if the return is necessary due to our error. We are unable to issue refunds for return shipping charges this includes exchanges. Please allow ten days once we received your return for your refund to be processed.
For commissioned artwork: we will work directly with you on the project with 2 rounds of review to ensure your happiness with the final piece, but given the personalization of the finished piece, we cannot offer a return on commissioned art.

We offer Free Standard Shipping within the US, for any other country shipping costs can vary.
For printed products: This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, but since it’s printed on demand it does take us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions! Please allow 5-12 days shipping. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with an expected delivery date once your item has shipped.
For commissioned artwork: We will work directly with you on the project & align on expectations and shipping timing during our booking process. We recommend sharing any urgent shipping needs in your initial outreach as we may be able to accommodate.
Once your piece is complete & we’ve received payment we will ship your custom artwork to you with free tracked shipping, and you should receive your piece within 5-14 days.
