This is an original watercolor painting of a fall forest stroll through the woods of Asheboro, NC. This 16 x 20 original watercolor painting was painted on 300 lbs paper and using artist quality watercolor paints with the wet-on-wet technique. I submerged the paper in water for 20 minutes to fully saturate and enable longer working time in wet-on-wet. I was inspired by a beautiful photograph I took on a trip to Asheboro, NC in 2020, and was painted in October 2024.
This painting comes with a simple modern wood frame and white matting.
